Hillthwaite. Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 2022
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.2. The prize draw is being run by Hillthwaite3. The prize draw is only open to Hillthwaite Club VIPs and entrants must be over 18 years of age (Hillthwaite staff members are excluded from the draw).4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.5. A maximum of one entry per VIP is permitted.6. The prize draw requires:
a) a Hillthwaite Gift Voucher to be purchased (to the minimum value of £45.90)
b) a stay at Hillthwaite to be booked
HOW TO ENTER:
7. Any VIP who purchases a Gift Voucher either online, or through reception on 015394 43636 will automatically be added into the prize draw. Any VIP who books a stay at Hillthwaite will automatically be added into the prize draw - note that if the stay is cancelled the entry (or prize draw win) prize becomes null and void.8. VIPs who have purchased a Gift Voucher or booked a stay from 1st October 2022 onwards will automatically be entered into the prize draw.9. Hillthwaite will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. The VIP email address must match the email address used when purchasing the Gift Voucher or booking your stay.
THE PRIZE:10. The prize will be an overnight stay in a Signature room for 2 people sharing, with 3 course dinner, breakfast and bottle of house Champagne in room. Late check-out is until midday.11. The prize cannot be used on any day excluding Saturdays and must be used between 15th January 2023 and Wed 31st May 2023. Half term dates and bank holidays are excluded.12. The winner will be drawn at random, by someone who does not work at Hillthwaite. The draw will be made on Saturday 24th December (Christmas Eve) and will be filmed. Details of the winner will be published on Hillthwaite's Facebook page.13. The winner will be contacted shortly after the draw has taken place (not longer than a week after the draw) initially via email and if contact cannot be made, then by phone. If the winner does not respond to the emails/calls notifying them of their win within 14 days of the phone call, they will lose their right to the prize, and Hillthwaite reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.15. The decision of Hillthwaite regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
DATA PROTECTION16. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Hillthwaite for the purposes of administering the prize draw17. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at reception@hillthwaite.com
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY18. Hillthwaite does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for the prize19. Hillthwaite reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
