The VIP Code

The first thing all our new members have to do is get used to using our special 'VIP' code. 

1. BOOKING BY PHONE. When reception is open once again, you can call us and you simply need to mention that you are a Hillthwaite Club member (VIP) and our team will find the best price for your stay.

2. BOOKING VIA OUR WEBSITE. To access the best rates, you need to type 'VIP' in the 'promo code' box when booking online. This is easy for some, but more difficult for others, so see further guidance below.

STEP 1

Step 1: Go to our website and click the 'BOOK DIRECT' button.

NOTE: The process may look slightly different depending on whether you are using a phone, tablet or computer, but the steps are the same.

STEPS 2 & 3

Step 2: Enter your preferred dates

Step 3: Enter the number of people to stay

STEP 4

Step 4: Click on 'Promo Code', type in VIP, then click enter or return.

STEP 5

Step 5: Check that VIP has been accepted and then click the gold 'SEARCH' button

STEPS 6 & 7

Step 6: Look for the gold star and "VIP Discounted Dinner, Bed and Breakfast"

Step 7: Scroll to your favoured room type, then click the gold 'SELECT' button and simply follow the instructions from there!
