Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 9pm and children’s menus are also available.

Starter – £5.95

Cock a leekie terrine – confit chicken leg, leeks, prune puree, crispy skin, spring fruit chutney

Smoked haddock risotto – parmesan, chive, pea puree, soft poached hen’s egg, hollandaise sauce

Asparagus and gruyere quiche – spring onion and asparagus salad, rocket pesto

Honey roasted peach – rhubarb jelly, compress melon, fruit sorbet

Pan fried sea bass fillet – Jersey royals, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, green beans, sauce vierge

Potato and spring onion tart – Lake District mature cheddar, dressed salad leaves, tomato coulis

Fillet steak – 6oz fillet steak served with hand cut chunky chips, field mushroom and tomato, with au poivre sauce…..£7.50 supplement
