Dinner is served from 6.00pm to 9pm and children’s menus are also available.

Crispy Fried Cod Fillet - pea puree, tartare sauce, pickled vegetables

Pork and Black Pudding Terrine – apple textures, chargrilled brioche, dressed leaves, sweet English mustard dressing

Pan Seared Duck Breast – confit potato, carrot and swede, fine beans, orange and Cointreau reduction

Wild Mushroom Risotto – dressed wild rocket, parmesan crisps
